This is an all-in event, which is part of our annual event calendar and the performance is included in each student’s membership. Similarly to missed lessons, if you cannot attend you simply forfeit the week’s fee.

We will have a hangout zone on the balcony section for all performers prior to their performance - this helps us keep stage times scheduled and allows us to get groups on and off stage easily. This zone will be monitored by staff but will be accessible to parents too.

We know you’ll want to celebrate with them, so after they have performed they can join you.

IMPORTANT: Your child will ultimately be in your care throughout the event, unless you notify us beforehand that you won’t be there.

Our event information will be shared by email. You will also receive a printed copy of your concert number and arrival/finish times.

We’ve kept adult ticket prices the same as last year — the only changes are for children and concessions.

To keep LinkFest sustainable — and keep delivering a genuinely professional, exciting experience — we’ve aligned all general admission tickets to a single price. This helps us continue improving the event each year while still keeping tickets fair and accessible for families.

Our bundle system is designed to be simple, great value, and flexible for all family types, including those with only one performer, multiple performers, or extended family attending.

Instead of age-based discounts, we’ve added meaningful perks (such as free T-shirts) to help families save while still receiving a premium experience.

Bundles are fixed packages, but you can buy additional individual tickets alongside any bundle.

Families who make the biggest financial commitment to supporting performers receive the biggest reward.

Most tickets are standing only to create the real gig atmosphere.
There will be a limited number of bar stools available on a first-come, first-served basis.

However, we do offer clearly prioritised seating for:

• Disabled attendees

• Pregnant attendees

• Anyone with mobility needs

These priority seats will be marked clearly and reserved exclusively for those who need them.

Only 4 tables per concert are available to maintain exclusivity and ensure the experience stays truly special.

The venue layout only allows for four premium front-row tables without compromising the stage space or audience flow. Bar stools will be available, but they cannot be reserved to keep things fair for all attendees.

For standard tickets, yes — earlier arrival = better choice of bar stools or standing positions. Entry will be permitted 30 minutes prior to start time and we will form a queue at the entrance.

Ultimate Bundle tables are fully reserved, so there is no need to arrive early if you’ve booked one.
